TPU Poliuretano

Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is an environmentally friendly material with excellent properties such as high strength, high elasticity, wear resistance, oil resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. It is widely used in footwear, films, cables, pipes, automotive accessories, and other fields. However, in the production process, TPU produces a large amount of scrap and waste. Recycling and reusing this waste can not only reduce corporate costs but also reduce environmental pollution, which is of great importance.
Mexpolimeros is a recycled plastics manufacturer aiming to meet the growing demand for sustainable materials in the global market and contribute to the circular economy. Recycled TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is a sustainable material that can be used in various applications, such as footwear, clothing, and 3D printing. Mexpolimeros, a recycled plastics manufacturer, offers recycled TPU granules that are wear-, oil-, and temperature-resistant, and are competitively priced. Recycled TPU can also be used in 3D printing, being 100% recycled and easy to print. Additionally, efforts are underway to make TPU more circular by using partially bio-based and recycled mass-balanced materials. These efforts contribute to a reduced carbon footprint and improved environmental sustainability. Recycled TPU reduces reliance on virgin petroleum without sacrificing durability or weather-resistant performance. Mexpolimeros provides innovative and customized thermoplastic performance materials. With over 96% recycled content and properties rivaling virgin TPU, recycled TPU can be used as a standalone material or as the primary content of your product. Now available in full containers, this is a simple way to incorporate sustainability into your products today. From raw materials to transportation, we strictly follow Mexpolimeros standards to ensure the production of quality recycled TPU pellets that your company can easily implement. Fully Customized for Your Complete Satisfaction Make your recycled TPU products stand out from the competition by modifying them to match the demands of your brand and market.
Recycled TPU Proportion
Whether you want a 20%, 50%, or 80% proportion of recycled TPU granules for your product, we can modify the recycled granules to meet your specific needs.
Shoes
Our recycled TPU granules are used in footwear primarily due to their excellent elasticity and wear resistance, which helps them function in different weather conditions. By providing greater comfort and durability, TPU improves the performance of various types of footwear, such as athletic shoes.
Clothing
Widely used in the textile industry, TPU film can be easily laminated onto various fabrics. Thanks to its high flexibility, TPU can be vacuum thermoformed to create products with clear contours and stable dimensions, such as transparent underwear, suspenders, and elastic bands.
Cable
Industries use our TPU to provide sheathing materials for control and power cables due to its tear resistance and high flexibility. Processed with care and precision, our recycled TPU granules boast excellent temperature resistance, ensuring extensive use in various environments. Having worked in the recycled plastics industry for decades, our dedicated and competent technicians can offer you a professional recycled plastic solution. We strive to guide you from start to finish and ensure peace of mind.
TPU Factory Tear and Granulation Recycling Process
Collection: Collects TPU scrap and debris generated during the production process.
Crushing: The ASP shredder crushes the TPU scrap into smaller particles.
Plastification: The crushed TPU particles enter the plasticizer and are plasticized at high temperatures to achieve a molten state. Extrusion: The molten TPU material passes through the screw extruder to form a uniform strip material.
Pelletization: The strip material enters the pelletizer and is cut into uniform granules by a pelletizer.
Cooling: The finished TPU particles pass through the cooling water tank and are cooled and solidified.
Drying: The cooled particles are dried to remove moisture and ensure particle quality.
